We have a couple of parks in Wisconsin under contract. We have a large number of vacant lots so we are planning to bring in a large number of homes. We have been talking with 21st, Triad, PEP, mountainside regarding their mobile home financing programs. Does anybody know other lenders who would lend there?
Are you talking on the wheel estate or real estate loan? If real estate , whats the deal size? The names you mentioned are the ones I am familiar with for the home component.
Thanks for the response. I think we are close to lining up the real estate loan. I was looking for mobile home lenders (wheel estate) and wanted to see if there are other lenders
