For those trying to determine population within the radius of a park, take a look at the Missouri Census Data Center’s website: http://mcdc.missouri.edu/websas/caps10c.html
It allows you to set the radius to whatever you want… 5, 10, 15 miles, etc. I’ve found it very useful.
