While attending MOM I talked with an owner interested in selling his Park in Edgewater, Fl.
Here is the layout:
47 owner occupied mobile Homes (paying lot rent)
1 Park owned Double wide ( rented)
4 Camping/RV sites with water & electricity
10 Bungalows fully furnished and rented at $850/ month
8 Motel Rooms (72% year round occupancy rate)
6 Cottages( 1 yr old) rented on a nightly rate(72% occup. rate
1 Main house and office
1 Laundry Mat ( coin operated)
He wants 3.2 millions so He can go live overseas. The Park is beautifull and well kept. He is not willing to hold any paper and wants to be cashed out.
