We bid one of our clients to change the mailboxes in their park. The old ones were in a very bad condition.
We planned to use the very same framing they have already there, only replacing the aluminum mailboxes.
So, any contractor can do the replacement. Need to be in contact with the guys at USPS, for they are the ones that are going to have the keys to open the boxes from behind.
Someone has to provide the plans and specification for the new kiosk, if that is the case. And the contractor will do what’s in the plans.
