MHP Lender for Foreign Nationals

Hey everyone, I’m a Canadian living in Canada. Wondering if anyone knows of any lenders that might lend to foreign nationals, loan would be less than $500k.

I’ve put in a few calls to bigger lenders, am waiting for replies but thought I’d ask here to see if anyone can point me in the right direction.

You might want to call Security Mortgage Group at (585) 423-0230. While your loan is a little small for them, they know just about every bank in the U.S. Ask for Pierce.
