I would contact Shawn at Infinity Management Group (contact information on Great Links page). His fee is very small comparably to the prices he will be able to get you from Conseco, Vanderbilt, etc. Most brokers charge between $500 - $1,000 for each home.
We will definitely keep in mind the school schedule when planning MHM for next year.
