Does anyone own mobile home parks in Florida that wouldn’t mind sharing their experience or give me any pointers of what to watch out for from an operations perspective. We own a few parks in the SE, but we are about to put a park into escrow in Florida. I’ve heard so many mixed reviews, but other than the generally high cost/low cap rate and hurricane/flooding risks, I’m not sure if there are other things to pay attention to.
