OWNER FINANCING

15 TO 25 SPACES

HAS 150-200K TO PUT DOWN

PREFERS CITY WATER AND CITY SEWER

PAVED ROADS

HIGH OCCUPANCY

10-13 CAP PREFERRED.

I’d recommend he network with some brokers. There are a handful that specialize in the southeast, I believe Maxwell Baker is one of the more active brokers. You’ll see some of his deals on the investor club website…

Would he be interesting in a partnership? We own a 50 space mhp and are looking to replace a 1st position loan with either a partner or an investor. We bought the nice clean paved city water/sewer park and are remodeling the homes. It was in good shape but 50% occupied due to bad management and a sick owner. We are filling it and will either sell, refinance, or bring in a partner.
