MHP Brokers vs Banks

I’m in process of Refinancing my 140 lot park and wanted to know your thoughts on using a broker vs working directly with a bank?

Of course the broker will take their cut but it may be worth it if they shop for the best refi deal. I’d like to better understand both sides of the equation.

Also, any suggestions on best banks that make loans for MHPs? Thanks

Brokers are valuable members of my investment team. It is their knowledge and skill that gives them purpose. They are in contact with every possible source not simply a small handful a individual may have. They also have the means to find better deals than a individual may be able to negotiate.
I do not waste my time shopping the market when it is far more beneficial to hire a professional to do it for me. The savings outweigh the costs.
