I currently own a park in Hobbs, NM that is 61 spaces, with 30 empty. I am on city water and sewer and my lots are all individually metered. My park manager is a local policeman and drives his police car home everyday. My space rents are $300 a month with $300 security deposit. I also have 13 park owned homes. They are year 2004 and I have 5 3/1 and 8 2/1. All of them are rented; $850 for the 2/1 and $1000 for the 3/1. I am in need of cash due to the local market here in Southern California and I am looking to sell or partner with someone in my park. I could go on and on about how great the park is but I will save that for those who want to contact me and get further info. Oh by the way the CAP is 10.4%. Asking price is $1.5M.
