We have a 131 space MH community in NC and was wondering with the loosening up of financing, has anyone worked with any manufacturer(s) who provide floorplan within a community? We’re set up as a dealer and want to fill up our 40+ vacant lots (all utilities in place and ready for homes to be placed), but we’re trying to limit our downside risk by identifying non-recourse finance options.
