Just wanted to see if $200 - $300 was still the norm for a sales bonus when a manager sells a home in the park. I’m in Minnesota and I told my manager they would get $200 for every used Home they find a buyer for and $300 for a new Home. They were anticipating it would be more. Specifically they thought they would get a percentage commission. I expect them to show the homes, pitch the Home and community, and have the customer fill out the 21st mortgage cash application. I take over from there. What is everyone else paying these days?
