I’m looking to acquire a park in a rural area of NE Houston, near Liberty. It’s difficult to get a sense of the market lot rental rate as it’s pretty well outside of the urban core of Houston. Is anyone here familiar with the market lot rental rates near Crosby, Huffman, Dayton, or Liberty?
