We have the capital to purchase anything from small parks to large 200+ space parks to a portfolio of parks. No park for sale is too big or too small.
We have a 16 space park in Southern Colorado. 1 vacant lot. 2 doublewides. 13 singlewides. All are POHs. We are currently working on turning it around. We will be submetering in November.
