I have capital sitting in the bank and searching for a good investment opportunity. I prefer to partner with an experienced MHP operator, and hope to make this a long term approach. My thinking is many of the multiple park operators seem to work with a partner.

I prefer to work in the central part of the us, maybe the Carolinas.
