I have made some contacts that are looking for someone to buy, rehab and then sell MH with in their communities. I have the capital but I’m looking for a partner with capital or without but someone with rehab experience who can do some of the work and manage the projects.

We are located in the Orlando Area , We have rehabbed many Mobile Homes. Presently still own one that we put out on a Lease Option
We own a Park in St. Petersburg Fl.
We are under contract for a 68 lot park in Jacksonville.
We have purchased Mobile Home in a Park a double wide and moved it to private land rehabbed it and sold it.
My back ground is My Mom built a 220 Lot park from raw land back in 1975 in Ruskin Florida,
