Anyone know a private money lender who will fund a small MHP in NY?

Have you checked on Mobile Home Park Store? Just a thought. Otherwise, I would check with small banks in the surrounding area. I think they might be more likely to lend on a small park, since they are probably familiar with it.

Thanks for your response. I have tried the small banks and they want you to live close to where the park is located which I do Not.
