I have a park that has 9 vacancies out of 50 lots. One of the lonnie dealer has 2 homes in the park. He wants to add 2 more homes.
What kind of home should I request that he brings in? 2010 or later?
Any other criteria?

Need some clarification. When you say he already has two in your park, is he renting them out and paying you lot rent? Is he selling them to new owners who are paying you lot rent? Is he selling them to you? How have the two that are in your park working out?
Depends I guess on how much you need those other vacancies filled and where you want to take the park? If you are okay with the open lots for now I would probably put some stipulation on the age of the units
