Waht is a ‘Lonnie’ deal. Thank You
The “Lonnie deal” is what most of us have grown to refer to the type of mobile home investment as taught by Lonnie Scruggs in his boot “Deals on Wheels” (available for sale here).
The basic premise is to buy a used mobile home very inexpensively for cash using his techniques and sell for 2 to 3 times that amount by accepting payments over time (financing) the deal.
