I’ve finally come to an agreement on the purchase price and terms on that property I was mentioning to you and Rick in Oklahoma (East end).
I was looking at setting up an LLC in Oklahoma (a whole lot cheaper than here in CA). When looking at the requirements, Oklahoma wants a local address for a resident agent. Did you have your local attorney act as the resident agent, or is there another angle you used?

(I’ve never set up an LLC, so this is new territory for me. I’ve always set up S corps.)
