I am in the process of buying my first park. It is located in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on where I could acquire a standard lease agreement that abides by the Pennsylvania state laws? Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Join the pennsylvania manufactured home Association, they have a great lease its like 30 pages and it covers everything. It does cost 4xx a year but it allows you access to other professionals you might need, like lawyers managers etc. I have a park in Carlisle. Welcome to the club.

@Rsp Ravi, thank you! Our park is about 2 hours away from Carlisle in the Lehigh Valley near Easton. Sounds like the membership cost is well worth it, I am definitely going to join. Appreciate the help!
