We are closing on a Kentucky park next week. I’m wondering what people are using for transitional park owned to tenant owned? We have quite a few park owned homes being transferred. Luckily, most are in good shape. In Wisconsin, we received a rent concession agreement from manf. housing alliance. I’m not sure if the same here.
