Welcome to the club, I'm looking forward to reading about your adventures. Some I'm sure will be very similar to what I have experienced and others will be very different from my experiences. As I have said before, it's not about the destination it's about the journey along the way. Enjoy it, laugh at it, learn from it, and share your experiences so we can all continue to learn from one another.

Jim/Ellen,

I hope you have as many celebrities in your park that Fred’s does in his! He has one tenant that is my absolute favorite. He even got her to buy a $8,000 home for $35,000! You got to hand it to Fred… he is quite the salesman!

I am just wondering when they will make him mayor of the City of Albany!
