JCF Lending’s website claims to provide chattel mortgages on tenant owned in-park mobile homes. Has anyone had a tenant qualify for a mortgage through this group? Any feedback on this group would be appreciated.
Has anyone had any dealings with this company that they can comment on?

I used them for a purchase a year ago. Rates were the lowest I found, customer service is good, not great. The not great part is that their phone sysytem is not the greatest. I do like that I can get 3 free mobile home value reports each year, which saves me around $150, per year.
The loan process was pretty easy, but all online which may or may not be something good for many people.
