I am looking to invest equity with operating partners that may have a deal under contract, may actively be sourcing deals or currently own assets where you may be looking to recapitalize the structure of the investment.
We will only consider deep value mobile home parks with significant upside or stabilized lot-owned parks at a strong cap rate. Rural will not be considered. The parks must be located central to the community with reasonable access to groceries, transportation, and restaurants.
