What are the largest well and septic risks?
Can you buy insurance to cover these problems?
If yes, does anyone have recommendations?
The insurance thing is a very interesting question and I’d love to know that one too. My park has septic and it hasn’t really been a big deal for me. Maintenance from time to time, pumpings, etc. That being said, the biggest risk is probably having to replace the tanks/needing new field lines. If you require additional field lines and don’t have the space for it…it could be catastrophic.
There are some folks on here that are very knowledgeable on this topic and I would love to hear more from them.
