Nothing is set in stone on the distance. However, 300 miles or closer from Covington, IN. is reasonable. We can handle purchases of a few million. We can work with larger amounts, but would participate a portion of those with another lender that we work with.

Is there a minimum loan value?

Loan to value needs to be at 75% or less. Can use other real estate as down payment on purchases. No minimum loan size.
