i am about to start a corporation for park management. i have been looking online and it is less than $500 to start the corporation and my attorney is $1500 to file for the corporation. has anyone had any experience with incorporation online? i hate to spend money when i dont have to, but i also don’t want to go cheap and have big problems later on.

What State are you going to incorporate in?
In most cases, you can go right to the Secretary of State - Corporations Division website and file yourself. This is very inexpensive.

we’re incorporating in the state of Pennsylvania. thanks for the info, i will have to take a look at it. the web site that i was looking at to incorporate was www.corporate.com and i found it in this forum somewhere.
