Im getting ready to submit my application to Cash 21. This is the first mobile home park.
I have my other company financials, my SFH equity outlined, numbers for the last 2 years both business & personal, my LLC & Management company all in place.
The Cash 21 national director in my area wants to get approved on submission the first time.
Is there anything else I should be thinking of?
Any ideas on submitting to compare lending offers currently available?
