Back then, SBA didn’t do real estate, especially residential. But then, I wasn’t looking into real estate. I did it just for educational purposes and to pass the time during harsh winter that year.
Thanx for bringing back memories and I’d love to check back with my local SBA. Only this time, I’m going to check into MHP aspect via SBA.
