I am looking to buy a MHP with %70+ occupancy.
The park needs to be able to cash flow and have an opportunity to appreciate in value. Pls be realistic about pricing and cap rates, especially given our world today.
I am pretty flexible with location and will manage remotely.
I went to MHU and will partner with trustworthy investor/operators.
