How would we value a mobile home park that has been converted to RV?
This is an older park permited for mobile homes, but is down to 1 mobile and 47 RV’s.
Lot rent is $325 including water or $425 including water and electric.
Year round demand is constant and can stay close to 100% occupied. Google earth confirms this - all pictures of the park are 100% full or 1-2 spaces empty.
