How to Transfer a Title in Pennsylvania

I purchased a repossessed mobile home located in Grantville Pennsylvania. The bank sent me the title and I can’t figure out how to transfer the title into our name without having to drive there! I am out of Indiana. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would speak to an attorney. I paid a couple of hundred dollars for the process and did it all out of state.
