Looking at so many parks and coming up with a lot more questions than answers in my exhaustive search to find my first park, what would any of you veterans be looking for in a park (if you knew then what you know now) if you were looking to purchase your first park: Today. In other words, what are the most important issues in finding your first park? Is it location, population, utilities, occupancy, terms, space count? Given all of the bases to hit, I haven’t found it yet. Like a needle in a haystack…
