How are you guys valuing your park owned homes?

You are absolutely outstanding! I love your energy, enthusiasm, and drive! I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with you at the MH Bootcamp. I am looking forward to catching up at the Mobile Home Millions IV Conference in Orlando… make sure and bring a lot of pictures of your park!

We value our homes based upon what the market will bear. In West Texas, a 16’x 80’ Palm Harbor will sell for $17,900 where the same home in Dallas will be $22,900. Most buyers are not focused on price but down payment/monthly rent payment. The interest rates that we are selling our homes are between 10 - 14% interest rate depending upon down payment, credit worthiness, and quality of resident. Thanks for all your input so far.
