Historical Data to Support Exit Strategy

With yield rates at historical lows everyone is chasing yields thus many people’s interest in the MHP space.
What happens if yield rates increase?
More specifically what historical evidence is there that even when yield rates are higher investor demand for small town parks will continue?

When fed chairman Greenspan took over he jacked up interest rates and put the hurt on the economy. It was more expensive to lend and real estate in general was less affordable. People had to either buy smaller homes or pay more cash out of pocket so that the monthly payment made sense.

Everything will be cheaper but there will still be demand.
