Happy New Year to everyone! I believe that 2017 will be a great year for the industry, and I’m glad to be a part of it. Affordable housing will continue as America’s greatest challenge – and opportunity. I look forward to another year of discussion on the MH sector as it slowly matures into a mainstream real estate platform.
