Lonnie, I gotta agree with you. Received a call today from one of our tenants in Chicago. Apparently, there was a blizzard that deposited a few feet of snow; they needed more salt (we have an arrangement: we supply the salt, they shovel the snow). I listened to them complain while keeping a straight face and tried my best to commiserate with them, as I sat sweating in my t-shirt and shorts- the thermometer indicated 84 degrees, but with the tropical wind chill factor, it felt like 81.
