One thing I noticed is that the video of the park in the news letter was done with the camera looking straight ahead which shows mainly the road and the front of the homes. But if you were to drive the park yourself you would be looking out the side windows as much, if not more then the front windshield.
The way I always do it in my parks is to put the camera on driver’s side pointing almost 45º off to the left and drive the park. Then I do it again with it camera on top of the car on the passenger’s side with the camera pointing almost 45º off to the right. I make sure that every road gets videoed in both directions with each camera position.
Try it and you will see you capture a lot more information about the condition of the park.
