Good states to buy MHP for out-of-state

I think any of the southern states are good. Texas can be a bit difficult on the titling process for mobile homes but other than that I like owning parks in Texas. I don’t think any MHP’s are hands free management… yet with a “turn key” park (80%+ or greater occupancy) and a good solid manager, your management will be reduced significantly.
