Curious as why they would be selling?
I can’t predict the future, but a couple of the savviest MHP owners selling a large portfolio of properties may signal that we’re at or close to the top of the market.

They are only selling 10%-15% of portfolio or thereabouts. Not a lot to them. Raising capital.
