The lots are 22X100, really limits home size!

The owners just want out. I would have a loan for about half the selling price.
I have and currently manage SFH’s. I think I realize this maybe a little different. More tenants in a concentrated area.
I found out yesterday that this park has had three owners since 1988,
one was the original developer.
I’m still asking lots of questions, have not signed any contract.

How is the deal coming along? My first park that I bought had really small lots… I lost about 35 out of 150. Very painful! I was very green back then! I am still making mistakes… just not as many! lol
