Long time lurker, first time poster here. I’ve been buying parks in the SW (UT, AZ, CO, TX) over the past few years and have built a solid portfolio. After COVID however, I’m having some trouble finding decent financing.
All of the regional banks and sources I typically utilize are tapped out and aren’t lending aggressively at all. While I understand banks are obviously not going to offer similar terms as a pre-virus world, I am really hoping to find somebody soon. I am about to enter escrow on a new deal and, while it still makes sense even unleveraged, I’m hoping to get some more contacts here.
Any ideas or contacts?
