Have a couple of empty lots that I rent out to RV’s but would like to get a full time tenant/MH on the lot. I am new to the forum but have owned the park for many years and am looking for guidance on how to market the lots? How would you go about possibly purchasing and moving a few homes in or actively market? Median Income $44, 500. Median Home Cost $97,000. Lot rent $235 includes water/sewer. Has a new Casino in town and good ag base.
