I bought a small park (13 spaces) last week in an area that was flooded/damaged by Hurricane Florence. One of the perks in buying the park was that FEMA has agreed to come in, remove the damaged trailers, and put in brand new FEMA trailers and pay us $600/month per trailer.
In seeing the park I noticed that potentially more trailers could be brought in as there is space for at least 10 more trailers.
Does anyone have experience working with FEMA in their parks? What are the chances I can convince them to add more trailers than what is already there? The town has lots of displaced residents that could benefit from them adding more trailers.
