For those of you who may be in the market for insurnace for your MHP, give Jay Zandman at Manning & Nozick a try. His contact information is on the Resources page. He not only got me multiple quotes in a timely manner, he negotiated some conditions for me to minimize my premium without me even asking. None of the other agents I was working with at the same time did that. He even called the lender to try to help waive some requirements. On top of all, when other surprises came up and he couldn’t provide the services because he wasn’t licensed in the state of my park, he went out of his way to find someone who could. My partner and I gave him a nick name “Mr. Proactive”.
