I’m considering a lease option for a park that has been vacant for several years. The park is on city utilities and I have no idea of how much effort will be required to get the electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups ready for homes. Can someone direct me to resources for learning how to evaluate the electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups? Do I need to bring in a plumber and electrician to evaluate the system or is it possible for me to do this on my own?
