I am closing on my first MHP and I wanted to make a new sign for the entrance. I am not sure the correct sizing so wanted to know if anyone has experience the size of the sign should be. They usually look rectangular but unsure the width and height dimensions , wondering if anyone can help.
@Scott1 First step is to check with your city ordinances. There is a good chance the size ,placement, and perhaps other factors have to be met. It may even require a permit. Start there and then figure out what your design can be. I would try and make it as big as possible to get the visibility.
And don’t forget to put your address at the bottom and also if you are age qualified or all ages community - like 90% of the parks I see miss those two details that are huge - not gonna lie, the park I’m at now we have the same problem with the info being MIA.
