I am considering purchasing a 30 lot MHP that is currently breaking even. This my first purchase so I have been doing as much dd as possible and been studying up for the past year.
My question to the experienced folks out there is… how does race demo’s play into the ultimate success of a park. ie - this park and community is primarily African American. Is there a large difference between an all caucasian, african american, asian, mexican community?
