CPA recommendations for park owners

Does anyone have a recommendation for a CPA that knows the ins and outs of mobile home park taxes.

They specialize in MHP’s. I do not use them, but I did interview them.

I passed on using them for 2 reasons.

  1. My CPA is local they are in Sacramento CA.
  2. They file extensions every year.
